Reservation Deposit: For boarding services, 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking. If we do not receive your deposit within one week, your reservation may be canceled. Deposits are crucial due to high demand and limited availability, which often leads us to turn away other pet parents. The remaining balance will be due at the time of drop-off.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled boarding, a full refund of your deposit will be provided. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to other services.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for your stay will be collected at drop-off.
Checkout Time: Boarding checkout is at 11:00 AM. Please ensure that your pet is picked up by 11:00 AM to allow time for us to prepare for incoming guests. Note: Checkout times may differ on Sundays and holidays.

Holiday Policies
Minimum Stay: A minimum 2-night stay is required during holidays to accommodate all pets.

Day Care Policies
Payment Policy: For day care services, payment is due in full at the time of drop-off.
Day Care Packages Refund Policy: Refunds for day care packages are available within 30 days of purchase. Any days used will be charged at the single-day rate, depending on the package (full or half-day).
Expiration: Day care packages expire one year from the purchase date. Any unused days remaining after one year will be forfeited.
